It is impossible for me to fathom how anybody with an ounce of self respect could have possibly given this game one second of their time.
But John does actually clarify why it does make sense. Why would SMU basketball get severe sanctions while UNC and Syracuse walk? Name brand programs that draw TV ratings compared to a program that has no real basketball history.
